COMMON:

• Nausea and vomiting
• Symptoms of anemia such as tiredness, weakness, and breathlessness
• Loss of appetite
• Stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth)

UNCOMMON:

• Mouth ulcers
• Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)
• Joint pain
• Skin rash
• Fever
• Hepatic necrosis (permanent liver damage)

RARE:

• Hair loss
• Swollen face

If you experience any of the following side effects while taking 6 MP 50MG TABLET, discontinue its use and promptly contact your doctor:

• Signs of an allergic reaction like skin rashes, high temperature, joint pain, or swollen face
• Signs of fever or infection such as a sore throat, sore mouth, or urinary problems
• Any unexpected bruising or bleeding
• Signs of inflamed pancreas such as feeling unwell, abdominal pain, or sickness
• Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes)

Here are some tips on managing side effects:

Nausea and vomiting:

• Take 6 MP 50MG TABLET with or just after a meal.
• Stick to simple meals and avoid oily, spicy foods, and sugary snacks and drinks.
• Avoid drinking excessive liquids with your meals and instead drink slowly in between meals.
• Consult your doctor if the condition worsens.

Skin rash:

• Refrain from scratching the affected area.
• Wear protective clothing when going outdoors.
• Regularly moisturize your skin.
• Inform your doctor if the symptoms worsen.
